Ashtead Technology and 4Subsea have agreed to partner for the global distribution of sensor technology to the oil and gas industry. The partnership between the two firms will bring together sensor engineering competence, domain expertise and technologies. The terms of the strategic partnership dictates addition of 4Subsea’s autonomous, retrofittable sensors into Ashtead’s portfolio. In return, 4Subsea will take advantage of Ashtead’s sales and distribution network.
