Japan’s INPEX Corporation has sold its Eagle Ford assets to Repsol Oil & Gas USA, a subsidiary of Spanish energy company Repsol. The Japanese company is divesting all of its tight oil development and production activities to “optimize the INPEX Group’s global asset portfolio.”
