Although Iran is opposing any increment in OPEC's oil production quota, the National Iranian Oil Company’s deputy-head, Gholamreza Manouchehri has reportedly said that Iran is looking forward to increasing its oil field capacity by 400,000 bpd. The NIOC official was quoted by Reuters regarding Russian Gazprom's participation in this plan by developing two fields, Azar and Changuleh.
