According to multiple media reports, Bakheet Al Rashidi, Kuwait’s Oil Minister, has said that the ongoing production scale-back by a consortium of 24 nations, including the OPEC members, could extend beyond the end of the year. The implementation of the cuts is currently being monitored by Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Venezuela, Russia and Oman.
