Oil prices edged up on Friday, climbing on the back of guidelines laid out by President Donald Trump for reviving the U.S. economy. Brent crude was traded 2.7% higher, at $28.57 a barrel. U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose up 0.1%, to $19.88 a barrel. President Trump has outlined a three-stage process for lifting lockdowns to stem the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
