Oil prices climbed in the international market on Tuesday, as easing coronavirus lockdown measures across the world gave the hopes for a recovery in fuel demand. Brent crude rose 7.4% to $29.22 a barrel. U.S. WTI crude was priced 9.6% higher, at $22.34 per barrel. Starting this week, Italy, Spain, Nigeria and India, together with some states in the U.S. began allowing people to start their work.
