In a deal amounting to $556 million, Royal Dutch Shell yesterday sold off its stakes in two offshore projects focused in the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) to Norway based, OKEA. The deal is part of Shell's $30 billion divestment program launched after it acquired British gas giant, BG Group. The stake sale was for Shell’s share in the offshore oil projects, Draugen and Gjøa.
