PetroShale Incorporation has signed a $55 million deal to buy assets in North Dakota Bakken region. The agreement will give Petroshale the ownership of assets including existing light oil production, as well as 3 drilling units. The acquisition is in line with PetroShale’s strategy of acquiring and developing lands in North Dakota Bakken region to benefit its shareholders through production and reserve growth.
