Total has entered into two new 40-year concession agreements with the two major offshore oil fields of Abu Dhabi – Umm Sharif and Nasr concession (granted 20% participating interest) and Lower Zakum (5%). These two fields together account for around 20% of Abu Dhabi production. As a partner in the concessions, Total will employ its expertise in providing personnel and conducting studies.
