The CEO of the French oil major, Total SA, has confirmed the plan to enlarge the firm’s refinery joint venture (JV) with Saudi Aramco. They look forward to add value to the refinery there by entering into chemicals and petrochemicals. Total would also ask other companies to participate in the expansion.
