A sale and purchase agreement has been signed between Pioneer Natural Resources Company and Sundance Energy Inc. to sell approximately 10,200 net acres in the western portion of Pioneer’s Eagle Ford. The deal stands at a value of $102 million. The current net production of the acreage is about 1100 boed (barrels of oil equivalent per day).
