India is ready to offer a development plan worth $3-4 billion to Iran for the Farzad B gas field in the coming week. The announcement comes after Tehran reduced the scope of the project. Both sides have been making efforts to narrow differences over development rights of Farzad B and strengthen the ties between them which were strained last year after Iran sought other investors for the field.
