The world’s largest exporter of LNG, Qatar is willing to make an increment in the current supply of 8 million tonnes of LNG to India to meet its demand for clean energy. CEO, Qatar Petroleum, recently met with Indian companies who buy gas from QP, and assured to enhance cooperation to meet India’s energy requirements. This is in line with country’s target to enhance the share of gas to 15%.
