Equinor has signed a contract worth more than $10mn/year upto 2024 with RAMCO, the oil country tubular goods (OCTG) maintenance specialist. The agreement covers the inspection and mobilisation of casing and tubing in Norway. RAMCO’s Ready to Run service – a concept developed by the company to prepare tubulars ready for use before reaching the rig site, will be used to cover the sites in the ports of Florø and Sandnessjøen.
