Russia takes lead with oil supply

In a major step forward in line with the OPEC’s meeting last month in Vienna, sources have confirmed that Russia ramped up its oil output to 11.193 million barrels per day (bpd) in the first four days of July. Output from the country averaged 10.97 million bpd in the March/May period, after a dry production period in force from July 2017.
